Oak Ridge National Laboratory for FEMA titled Chemical Stockpile
Agent Characteristics and Effects. The United States Government
maintains the right to produce an unlimited quantity of the video but
the material is still copyrighted by ORNL. We have no problems with
people using it for educational purposes provided ORNL and FEMA are
credited. If you send me a request with an address I can provide
either VHS or DVD copies of a more current version of that and
several other videos.
